My name is Christian Dos Santos Lourenço. I’m passionate about computer science, video games, and music, with a somewhat unconventional background. My academic journey began in Paris, where I earned a professional baccalaureate in audiovisual and computer sciences. I then spent two intense and enriching years at Epitech.

Always eager to explore new experiences and step out of my comfort zone, I decided to move to Portugal — a breath of fresh air that allowed me to embrace a new culture, broaden my horizons, and see the world from a different perspective.

Professionally, I’m a dedicated developer, specialized in software development with C#. I also spend a lot of time exploring the vast possibilities of Unreal Engine, from version 4.1 to the latest releases.

I refined my skills at Ad-pulse, gaining solid experience with Unity. Later, I joined RedIT, where I worked as an external consultant for Natixis. Following a successful collaboration, Natixis offered to internalize my position, and I now continue my journey as a full member of their team, tackling new and exciting technological challenges.

But my life isn’t just about code. Music plays a big role in my daily life. I’m currently learning to play the violin — a personal challenge that helps me strike a balance between logic and creativity.

My motto? To be truly fulfilled, you need to balance pragmatism with passion. That’s the harmony I constantly strive for, both in my work and in my personal life.

When it comes to communication, I prefer a relaxed and approachable style, while staying professional. After all, why complicate things when you can be reliable without taking yourself too seriously?
